Sagaponack, The Hamptons

Originally purchased as a bachelor pad, this Sagaponack home is located just one block from the ocean. The original structure was beyond repairable, so the owners tore it down and started new. We created this 9,000 sqft ground up build to host friends and a growing family year round. Many Hamptons properties are strictly used during the summer months, but these clients wanted a year round space that was cozy, spill-friendly, and timeless for years to come. My favorite features of the home are the custom kitchen with hidden jewel box pantry, a necklace-like light fixture strewn across the island, and the jaw dropping marble clad hood. All of the rooms focus on the breathtaking water views that can be seen from almost any angle.
